Sat 14 Oct 2017
Fighting Irish fought off fellow British raider Nebo to win the Group-2 Criterium De Maisons-Laffitte for Harry Dunlop and owners Daniel Macauliffe & Anoj Don. Stroud Coleman Bloodstock and Harry Dunlop have combined in the past with French Group-1 winner Robin Of Navan and Fighting Irish will be campaigned internationally next season in an attempt to add another Group-1 victory to Harry Dunlop's tally. Fighting Irish is the highest rated progeny of first-crop sire Camelot, having been purchased by Stroud Coleman Bloodstock for £70,000 at the Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sale in 2016.
